Serie de televisión cómica de la cadena Fox que comenzó a transmitirse en el año 2000. Conocida por algunos como "el show que salvó a la cadena Fox". La trama de la serie es en si sencilla; la lucha por sobrevivir de un adolescente superdotado llamado Malcolm (Frankie Muniz), en medio de una familia casi completamente disfuncional. Si bien la critica ha declarado que algunos episodios de la serie rayan en la estupidez, y que a veces más parece una caricatura que un show actuado, en realidad la serie se distingue por su comicidad y sus agudas sátiras.
